Find out how to develop the signature sticky sauce that achieves a depth of flavor usually only possible with a low and slow approach. Chicken Adobo pairs beautifully with garlic fried rice, kare-kare vegetables, and Filipino flatbread. Dessert will be Chef Sean’s famous Ube Crumb Cake with coffee condensed milk cream.
