Join Heirloom Kitchen for this Back-to-Basics class. We will go over the differences between dry and moist cooking methods. We’ll take an in depth look at four recipes, each employing a different cooking method. These basic skills are the foundation of cooking and once mastered you will be amazed at the variety of dishes that you can prepare. This is a great class for beginners in the kitchen and anyone who wants to enhance their understanding of the science and execution of proper techniques. Class will be followed by a communal meal around our farm table.
