Boot Camp—Chef David Viana Style (August 19, 20, & 21)

Hands-On Class (approx. 4 hours each day)
Spend three days with Executive Chef David Viana in this intensive workshop. Our culinary boot camp will touch on David’s approach to cooking simple meals at home for his family to the beautifully plated dishes he conceptualizes here at Heirloom Kitchen. Each day will end with a communal meal around our farm table with Chef David.
Day One – Simple Fare + Farmers Market through the eyes of a Chef.
Day Two – Intermediate: Cook-book Class (it’s a surprise which book, but something that truly inspired Chef). *All students will take the book home with them.
