Gong Hay Fat Choy!!! In this Chinese New Year Class, we will be preparing homemade dumplings, sesame noodles, soy sauce simmered pork belly, Sichuan Eggplant in Garlic Sauce, Stir Fried Pork, Chinese Celery, Shiitake, and Bean Curd to name a few.
