The Momofuku Milk Bar originated when Pastry Chef Christina Tosi suggested opening up a bakery in the vacant laundromat next door to the Momofuku Noodle Bar. Now, the phenomenon of her cereal milk cakes and “the crack pie” have stretched all the way to the hearts and tummies on the East Coast. Learn how to recreate these classics during a sweet and silly evening with none other than our Pastry Chef Sean Yan. After this, you will forever be known as the cake master in your crew!
*We will be sure to have snacks and, as always, you’ll be enjoying your freshly baked desserts immediately, but make sure to satisfy your savory meal prior to arrival.
