Vietnamese street food is so dynamic. If you’ve dined with us at Heirloom, you’ll notice how much we love using these authentic flavors in our creations, such as infusions of lemongrass into both savory and sweet elements, and our latest Bahn Mi amuse bouche. Vietnam’s mouth watering cuisine is readily available as you travel through the streets of Hanoi. Street food dishes such as Fresh noodle salads and Hanoi style pho are often made on carts in the streets of Da Nang. Best part? Street Food Vietnam is helping us bring all that goodness straight to Jersey!
