We are minutes from the ocean, so let’s eat like it and learn to make light, quick, tasty, fun, and healthy seafood dishes. Ceviche, crudo, poke, tartare—we’ll teach you how to prepare the dishes you love to eat when dining out—right in your home home. In this class, Chef David will be teaming up with Eric Morris, owner of Local 130 Seafood (where Heirloom Kitchens sources all of its fish). Eric will discuss sourcing fish and how to make a killer bowl of poke!
