Hands-On Class (approx. 2.5 hours)
Join us at Heirloom Kitchen as we sip cold Mint Juleps, cook up a storm, and prepare you for “the most exciting two minutes in sports!” In this class, we will highlight the cuisine of the Triple Crown—Preakness Stakes (Maryland), Belmont Stakes (Long Island), and the Kentucky Derby. Think biscuits, crab cakes, and befitting decadence.
*Fancy hats not required …actually leave them at home 😉
