Don’t let fish intimidate you. Fish is in fact a simple and healthy way to feed your family and loved ones. Chef David Viana will use seasonal ingredients to compose interesting seafood dishes that will impress your guests the next time you host. We’ll explore dishes such as (or in line with) Tuna Tartare with Pickled Ginger Ice Cream, Crispy Trout with Lentils, Halibut with a Red Wine Emulsion, and more.
