The Portuguese may not be renowned worldwide for their cuisine, but take this class with Chef David and let him change your mind. Portuguese cuisine celebrates the abundance of treasures from the ocean as well as rich peasant food that never lacks of flavor. Take a tour of Portugal and learn some of chef’s favorite homemade classics such as Pork Alentejana, Garlic Shrimp, Portuguese Octopus, and Coconut Flan. Afterwards, we’ll share a communal meal around the farm table as Chef reminisces about growing up with his family and how they celebrate together.
