Let Chef Zack show you why Russian food is delicious, diverse, homey but elegant. The cuisine ranges with influence from Northern and Eastern Europea, Central Asia, Siberia, and Eastern Asia. In this class, we will cook up dishes such as, but not limited to, Borscht, Pelmeni (Russian Dumpling) with sour cream, chives, and carmelized onions, Pickled Trout, Olivye Potato Salad, Zharkoye (Russian Beef Stew) and Russian Style Mille Feuille.
