This class is designed for anyone who wants to master the art of making fresh pasta from scratch. We will confirm our magic ratio for pasta dough, including our favorite flours to use, giving you the confidence needed to ensure it’s perfect every time. We’ll make three varieties of homemade fall-inspired pasta dishes during class, but the techniques you’ll learn will serve you whenever you proudly make any type of pasta: long or short, flat or filled, from lasagne and ravioli to pappardelle and tagliatelle.
