Learn to craft light and flaky crusts, the foundation of delicious pies, with the help of our super talented Pastry Chef Sean Yan. In this class, Chef Sean shares his secret recipe for Pate Brisee, and sets you on the path to mastering rustic pies using seasonal fruits and veggies. If you’ve always wanted to learn how to bake perfectly rich, buttery, crumbly pastries to impress your house guests (or maybe just to stick a fork into), this is a class you can’t miss. Class will end with a dinner of sweet pies, savory pies, and salad around our farm table.
