Our Chef Zachary Abramzon just returned from Fäviken in Sweden, a restaurant run by acclaimed Chef Magnus Nilsson. After experiencing the wonders of what’s been named “The World’s Wildest Restaurant,” he wanted to bring some of those wild(erness) elements home. Soups made from gorgeous forest mushrooms, fruits and vegetables seasoned with purifying herbs like juniper and elderflower, steamed cod with pickled kohlrabi and more await you…but don’t worry, we’ll do the foraging.
