In this class, we learn to perfect gnocchi. Top Chef Joe Sasto will go over a classic potato gnocchi as well as a ricotta gnocchi which are tender, soft, and rich with ricotta cheese. What makes ricotta gnocchi so great is that the dough doesn’t require much kneading or resting, and it’s perfect for the entry level cook to pro-pasta maker. After learning how to make gnocchi from scratch, Chef Joe Sasto will teach how to make various sauces to accompany such as carbonara, pesto, Sasto family marinara, and cacio e pepe. This lesson is for all skill-levels, and requires no special tools or equipment. Get ready to learn the tips and tricks from one of the best.
