Dive into the world of pasta with Top Chef’s most influential pastaiolo and learn first hand the basics of pasta making utilizing just two ingredients, flour & water. This class focuses on “fatto-a-mano” shapes such as Cavatelli (little hollows), Orecchiette (little ears), and Pici which roughly translates to “thick spaghetti.” Brush up on your Italian while working up an appetite! No pasta class would be complete without beautifully developed sauces to coat your creations. Chef Joe Sasto will share his family’s marinara recipe, as well as pesto and cacio e pepe. This lesson is for all skill-levels and requires no special tools or equipment. Get ready to learn the tips and tricks from one of the best.
