Those of you who know Chef Rob Santello will know about his affinity for anything Jamaican, including the food. Sip and sup the flavors of Jamaica, “the only island that make the whole world shake.” With influences from west Africa to India, learn about (then eat) the spices and ingredients that define the cuisine of the Caribbean. Learn to make dishes such as spiced yam and ackee soup, coconut shrimp, jerk chicken, curry rice and peas, coco bread, and ginger callaloo.
