Join Chef Paul Holzheimer of The Grand Tavern out of Neptune and Chef David Viana as they cook up “comfortable and unpretentious” food inspired by Montreal gastropubs Joe Beef and Maison Publique—very Grand Tavern esq. Think dry-aged steaks, stuffed pasta, scallops seared in butter, crab cakes, etc. “We wanted it to be a neighborhood bar and restaurant that just so happens to have great food and great drinks.” Sounds like a perfect night out to us!
