It has been said that the Mediterranean foodscape of warm weather veggies, freshly caught fish, homemade olive oils, and goats milk cheeses, is one of the healthiest diets in the world. Our Manager Melinda brings this love for her Greek heritage into our lives every day. She also reminds us how difficult it can be to find stellar greek restaurants in New Jersey. We can’t help with that quite yet, but we can source ingredients from the best local farms and waters to incorporate in some of our favorite recipes of the Peloponnese. Might we suggest a Greek wine to accompany you? Opa!
