There are certain flavor combinations that once you try you can’t stop thinking about. For us, and so many people, Korean Barbeque always comes to mind. There’s something about the balance of sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy elements fusing together that makes for an unforgettable bite. We often incorporate kimchi into unsuspecting dishes on our menu, and it is always a welcome surprise. In this class, we’re going to explore a variety of approaches to Korean BBQ—including bulgogi and korean tacos. We’re confident you’ll walk away with a new favorite in your weekly repertoire!
