There are certain flavor combinations that once you try you can’t stop thinking about. For us, and so many people, Korean Barbeque always comes to mind. There’s something about the balance of sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy elements fusing together that makes for an unforgettable bite. In this class, we’re going to make Pork Dwaejigogi (think Bulgogi) and Japchae Stir Fry Noodles. We’re confident you’ll walk away with a new favorite in your weekly repertoire!
