Hands-On Class (approx. 2.5 hours)

Come explore and learn the Cuisine of Laos through such dishes as larb (spicy minced meat salad), laotian style fried rice, and mok pa (fish steamed in banana leaf). Using ingredients such as green papaya, tamarind, and pandan leaf we will create a communal meal from “The Land of a Million Elephants.”
