Late Summer/Early Fall Vegetables Harvest Class (9/23/19)

We are excited to be back in the kitchen and kick off our fall calendar with the beautiful produce from Hauser Hill Farms. Chef Rob and Zack will show us how to best utilize the bounties of this year’s late summer harvest. Students will cook up a fresh satisfying vegetarian meal with some of our favorite go to dishes
Hauser Hill Farms is a five-generation farm operating on the same land for 150 years. They are USDA certified and a part of the of the IPM (Integrated Pest Management) Program run through Rutgers University. They grow all types of fruits and vegetables—apples, peaches, strawberries, fava beans, eggplant, tomatoes, watermelon, zucchini, snap peas, kale asparagus, and so much more.
