Latin America covers a broad expanse of countries and cultures but the commonalities between regions through the cuisine is undeniable. Come along with Chef Rob Santello as he delves into the arepas of Colombia then moving south into Peru to create ceviche. Moving east we will discover feijoada of Brazil until finally settling in the south to explore the meat culture of Argentina. You’ll be pleasantly surprised to find familiarity and variety throughout this class. While you may recognize several ingredients, you’ll discover all new ways to use them.
