In this class, you’ll learn all about Cajun and Creole cuisine, special seasonings and techniques, and make classic Mardi Gras recipes such as shrimp étouffée, jambalaya, red beans and rice, or fix something unexpected for a group of party guests like warm gumbo dip or stuffed catfish filets with a spicy rémoulade.
