Come join us for an evening of pasta making featuring recipes from Marc Vetri’s cookbook Mastering Pasta. Vetri has the longstanding reputation of being one of the most respected and influential Italian restaurants in the country. In this class you will learn how to make a versatile dough that can be infused and extruded or hand rolled (and filled) into shapes such as garganelli, orecchiette, agnolotti to name a few. We will pair seasonal winter’s end/early spring sauces and enjoy the fruits of your labor with a communal feast around our farm table afterwards.
