Join Chef David Viana for a culinary journey through the different regions of France tasting and learning it’s rich culinary history along the way! The evening will cover proper braising, caramelization, cooking with wine, sauces, wine pairing, regional cuisine and a delicious four course meal highlighting France’s most iconic dishes.
