Have you switched over to eating the Paleo diet? Are you curious what it is? Maybe you’ve been interested in exploring but not sure where to start. All recipes in this class are based around the Paleolithic—or “caveman” lifestyle. This simple hunter/gatherer lifestyle promotes healthy eating by eliminating the harmful food products our bodies are not designed to efficiently or safely ingest. Using only the finest ingredients we will show you how to satisfy your hunger and palate with one-of-a-kind dishes that won’t leave you feeling uncomfortable or bloated. In this brunch class we will make dishes such as, but not limited to, Sweet Potato, Kale and Duck Confit Hash, Maple Bacon, Frittata, Mexican Shakshuka.
