As you may know, Chef David Viana was in Prince Edward Island this September competing in their International Shellfish Festival. He had an opportunity to tour the island, visiting mussel and oyster farms and picking PEI potatoes. In this class, you will be working with PEI Shellfish such as mussels, lobsters, clams, oysters to create briney delicious dishes.
