When we think of Polish cuisine, the ultimate comfort food comes to mind. There’s an art to making these simple dishes classically timeless and tasty …and we know all the tricks! Classic potato pierogies and braised red cabbage with kielbasa, complemented by a light cucumber salad, are just a few dishes we can’t wait to share. If we have one thing to recommend, it’s to pair this evening with a craft beer. Na Zdrowie!
