Lillian Montalbano came to this country from Sciacca Sicily almost 100 years ago to make a life for herself. That she did and with it came the inevitable passing on of Sicilian cuisine. Join Chef Rob Santello for a night of Sicilian staples such as Marsala wine, Trapani salt, and Castelvetrano olives, just some of the ingredients we will highlight as we learn not only about the food, but about the geography and history that brought these classics as arancini, pasta alla norma, and cannoli.
