From “cold smoking” to “hot smoking” you will learn the basic techniques to impart the smoky notes to whatever dish you choose whether it’s salmon cooked on a cedar plank or smoking eggplant to make baba gannoush. We will explore the different types of woods available and some simple tips about technique and equipment to get you started on your own smokehouse adventure.
