Local forager Oliver Gubenko of Harvest Drop joins Chef David to freestyle in the Heirloom kitchen. Harvest Drop provides us with locally sourced, specialty, New Jersey produce on a weekly basis—from over 45 local farms. For this class, we will focus on spring fruits and vegetables (think asparagus, strawberries, braising greens, beets, carrots, maybe even some ramps will still be around!) to create rustic delicious dishes with a ton of flavor. Come celebrate the Garden State’s Spring Harvest!
