Our Chef Zachary Abramzon just returned from Fäviken in Sweden this past winter, a restaurant run by acclaimed Chef Magnus Nilsson. After experiencing the wonders of what’s been named “The World’s Wildest Restaurant,” he wanted to bring some of those wild(erness) elements home. New Jersey is abundant in the summer with amazing fruits and vegetables—think corn, tomatoes, zucchini, seasonal fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, huckleberries, and more esoteric wild greens such as purslane and wild radish tops. Come join us in the feast …but don’t worry, we’ll do the foraging.
