Pastry Chef Sean Yan will be teaching us how to achieve the perfect pastry and a beautiful crust making seasonal sweet and savory early early spring pies. Think Chicken Pot Pie and Shepards Pie. Once your job in the kitchen is done, you’ll enjoy the fruits of your labor with a communal meal around our farm table.
