In this class, learn easy recipes to create the complex flavors of Thailand. Duck Pad Thai, Tom Yum Soup, and Whole Steamed Fish in Coconut Curry are just a few of the regional dishes we will explore, cook, and eat as we use ingredients such as fish sauce, kaffir lime, lemongrass, and galangal.
