Vegetarian recipes extend way further than simple vegetables—especially when you do it Heirloom Style! In this course, our very own Chef Sean Yan will share authentic Chinese recipes that he grew up making and mastering. You will learn traditional techniques and experiment with a multitude of asian flavors, while exploring different ways to prepare these dishes based on the seasons. Once you know these basic guidelines, you’ll be able to creatively adjust your recipes to showcase the fresh foods of each season.
