FAQs

  • Cooking classes are released about one month in advance. For example, May classes will be released on April 1.

To be notified before each month’s classes are released, scroll to the bottom of the page and subscribe to our mailing list. Subscribers receive release announcements and updates before the public does.

We also encourage everyone who is keen to register to set an alarm for the live date & time to get into a class of their choosing, as they do sell out quickly!

  • If you are running late, kindly give us a call to let us know. If it’s more than 15 minutes, we may need to adjust your reservation, cancel, or reschedule.

  • We are located in a strip mall with multiple businesses, so there is ample parking, albeit not always right in front of the restaurant.

  • Our menu changes with the seasons and according to the inspirations of our chefs. We change approximately one dish a week on our menu, every week. Once a dish is off the menu it will not reoccur. You can always check the menu section on the top navigation bar of our website to see an updated menu.

  • Our restaurant has an open floor plan with the kitchen as the main stage.

The chef’s counter is front and center, offering the most up close and interactive experience.

A few steps behind is the back counter, “aka” the mezzanine seats.  This communal counter overlooks our kitchen from bar height and you’ll be able to watch the team execute the dishes from start to finish.

The dining room is what you might consider “traditional” dining where you can enjoy a more intimate evening.

If you have a bigger celebration, our farm table can seat up to 14 guests.

We also offer uncovered outdoor seating during the warmer months with heaters for the spring and fall.

  • Our menu is a four course prix fixe, but you are always welcome to include additional courses a la carte. Your captain can help guide you if you want to make any adjustments or have specific dietary restrictions.

  • Gift cards are available for purchase through our website and can be used for classes, dining, wine, or retail products at our Old Bridge location only.

  • We can mail gift cards out within two to three business days. We do recommend coming in person for a physical gift card. You can also purchase a digital gift card right on our website which can then be added to your apple wallet. You can choose when you want it to send and also receive confirmation when your recipient opens it!
